Refund Policy

Since The First User LLC is offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after a purchase is made. If there is a problem with one of the digital products or if you experience any difficulty, we will fix the problem for free. If we bring customers for the first purchase and they don't buy the second time, we will do our best to convince them to buy but there will not be a refund for the first purchase if we fail to do so.
